After college, Brian Russell began working for a small real estate developer in Indianapolis and by 1998 had decided to go out on his own.  He began operations in Columbus and now also has projects in Fayette County, Jennings County, and Marion County.  

Russell Development Company is a commercial real estate development company that focuses on industrial, office/professional, and retail sites.  They also work on new construction and property management.  They have participated in the development of the Middle Road Commerce Suites and the State Farm Service Center, and have plans to develop an 8,000 square foot building at the intersection of Whitney Court and Central Avenue.

Russell Development Company has proven itself as a very flexible development company and can handle both large and small projects, with the average falling between $250,000 and $750,000.  Once a client has shown a desire to do business, Brian sits down with them and discusses their needs and begins working with an architect to complete a site plan and a floor plan.  He works closely with each client to meet his or her needs and stay within budget.  

As with most businesses, Russell Development Company is greatly affected with the dips in the local economy.  But for now, business is strong and they are continuing to see substantial growth.
