Tim Dora of Dora
Brothers Hospitality Corporation, will be the keynote speaker at
the The Entrepreneurial Network Community Roundtable on September
14th at 8:00a.m.
Dora Brothers currently operates two facilities in Columbus,
Comfort Inn & Suites and Charwood Corporate Lodging. In late 2007, Hotel Indigo
will become Columbus Indiana’s newest boutique hotel. Join The
Entrepreneurial Network to learn more about Dora Brothers role in
downtown development.

Timothy J.
Dora
Mr. Dora holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Finance from the University of
Colorado. Mr. Dora is the owner of Dora Hotel Company, a hotel
development and management company. Dora Hotel Company is
currently developing a Hilton Garden Inn in Terre Haute, Indiana;
a Candlewood Suites in Terre Haute, Indiana; a Hotel Indigo in
Columbus, Indiana; a Candlewood Suites in Columbus, Indiana; a
Staybridge Suites in Indianapolis, Indiana and a Hotel Indigo in
Plainfield, Indiana.
Mr. Dora is a co-owner of Dora
Brothers Hospitality Corporation. Dora Brothers is currently
developing a Park Place Suites hotel in downtown Indianapolis; a
Staybridge Suites hotel in downtown Indianapolis; a Comfort Suites
hotel in downtown Indianapolis and a Hotel Indigo in Fishers,
Indiana.
Mr. Dora is a managing
partner/member or stockholder of one Comfort Suites hotel, three
Candlewood Suites Hotels, one Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel, three
Hilton Garden Inn hotels, one Holiday Inn hotel, three Holiday Inn
Express Hotels, three Hotel Indigo hotels, two Staybridge Suites
hotels and two Independent hotels. Mr. Dora’s properties have been
recipients of numerous awards for quality and service excellence
including the 2001 Developer of the Year Award from Hilton Hotels
Corporation. He has been involved in the management, development
and opening of over twenty-five hotels during his career in the
hospitality industry.
He is the past President and
Board Member of the Indiana Hotel & Lodging Association and has
served on several hospitality related boards and committees. He
has been designated as a Certified Hotel Administrator by the
American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is the Vice-Chairman of
Premier Capital Corporation of Indianapolis, Indiana a Certified
Development Corporation of the Small Business Administration. He
is a principal in Dykstra Building Company a general contractors/
construction management firm.
