The workforce may potentially be short 5 million workers by 2011 and 36 million workers by 2031. Ms. Van Daele is a published author and has been the President/CEO of a training company for the last seventeen years. She has worked with hospitals and manufacturers in developing leadership and communication skills. Ms. Van Daele is a frequent presenter at human resources seminars.
